The reformer is a bed-like machine with a sliding carriage, springs and straps. It adds resistance and support to classic Pilates movement, which means it builds serious strength while staying gentle on joints.
It's brilliant for toning, core strength, posture, flexibility and injury-safe training. And because the springs can make an exercise easier or harder, complete beginners and seasoned movers can train side by side, each at their own level.
Most people who love Pilates still aren’t doing enough progressive strength work. Not because they don’t know it matters, but because they don’t want to join a gym to get it.
So we built it in. Our Reformer classes use dumbbells, spring resistance and properly progressed programming alongside the Pilates foundations. You still get the control, the mobility and the joint-friendly movement. You also get measurably stronger.
It means you don’t have to choose between the studio you love and the strength training your body needs, particularly through your 30s, 40s and beyond.
Pick a time that suits you through our booking system. Arrive about 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around.
Your instructor will introduce you to the reformer, set your springs, and stay close through the whole class. Grip socks on, worries off.
Expect to feel muscles you forgot you had, and to leave standing taller. Most people are hooked by class three.
Classes run throughout the week. Mornings, evenings and weekends. See live availability and book your spot in seconds.
