How we handle your information

The short version

We only collect what we need to reply to you or run your booking, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@thespacepilates.com.au.

What we collect, and why

If you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in the message. That goes straight to our own inbox so we can reply to you. Nothing you type there is used for marketing or shared with anyone else.

We do not track visitors to this website, and we do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies of our own.

Booking a class

Bookings, memberships and payments are handled by Momence, not by this website. When you book a class or buy a membership, the information you give Momence (name, email, payment details) is covered by Momence's own privacy policy, not this one. We can see your booking history inside Momence so we can run your classes properly, but we don't control how Momence stores or protects that information.

Other services this site uses

• Google Maps, embedded on our Contact page to show the studio's location. Google may collect information under its own privacy policy when that map loads.
• Instagram, linked from this site to our profile. We don't embed a live feed, so nothing from Instagram loads unless you click through to it yourself.
• FormSubmit, the service that delivers the contact form to our inbox. It sees what you type in the form for exactly as long as it takes to forward it to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries sent through the contact form live in our email inbox for as long as any other email does. We don't keep a separate database of website visitors or enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thespacepilates.com.au and we'll sort it out.
